On behalf of the RIHMS community, I warmly welcome you to RIHMS and I am delighted that you are considering to join us for your studies in the academic year 2022/23. RIHMS is the World class
Institute, well known for the quality standards of facilitation and learning.Our vision is to become a national transformation centre of people’s mind towards work and self sense of value for better human
well being and dignity. The Institute has vast experience in training since its start on 2000 by then known as Tanzania College of Early
Education which focused in pre and primary education. The College’s foundation stone was blessed and laid on 10th August 2007 by His Grace Mons. Joseph Clennoth, Apostolic Nuncio to Tanzania, dedicating it to the transformation of human hearts believing the ‘heart of Education is Education of the Heart’. Due to growing demand with an increasing number of young parents, single parents, unemployed population and more community problems trigged the Instituteto expand its operation by increasing multidisciplinary programmes which have an impact in transforming people’s attitudes and enhancing diverse working skills.

RIHMS offers a range of Programmes at Certificate and Diploma levelsas well as short course in different areas. The Institute is dedicated to provision ofhigh quality training and knowledge that is responsive to your needs and that prepares a workforce that is creative and ready to be absorbed into national and International labour markets. More importantly, RIHMS is producing graduates that will directly contribute to the National Industrialization Agenda, which is also proportionate to the UN sustainable development goals 8 and 9. As the Institute, we understand the value of co-curricular activities for student’s development. We provide a whole range of activities on which we encourage students to participate. These include sports, outreach and community engagement activities, volunteering, entrepreneurship activities, environmental activities and many more. This prospectus will guide you to explore important academic and administrative matters. Importantly it will guide you through the programmes, staffing, and details of student’s welfare facilities as well as guide you through the application and admissions processes.
